Why are the top ten so ugly?
That's not our fault, I suggest you get your friends
to visit the site and get them to start voting for better
looking people.
Why
don't I have an average?
Once you are registered on the Norwich Top Ten website
you will start getting votes from other users. You won't
be given an average or be put in the top ten list until
you have been a member for a week.
My
friend put his/her picture on the site. Is there any
way I can find it without looking through pictures randomly?
If you know their username then you can search for it
from most pages on the site. If not then you will just
have to look through everyone.

How
often can I vote?
You have a total of 8 votes per day, 3 for men, 3 for
women and 2 for clubs and pubs. When you have used them
you don't get any more for 24 hours.
Why
can't I vote?
Because you have used up all your avaliable votes in
that section. You can vote again in 24 hours time.

do I edit my details?
By sending an email to edits@Norwichtopten.co.uk explaining
what you want changing and giving us your username.

By sending an email to edits@Norwichtopten.co.uk with the word delete in the subject line. Please don't forget that you will have to give us your username so we know who you are.

do I get my picture onto the site?
You can upload a picture directly from your computer,
or from an URL. Do not send us photos via email asking
us to post it for you.
Why
aren't I on the site?
It takes 24 hours for your registration to be processed,
if there are any problems with your details one of our
team will contact you.
How
are the rankings calculated?
The rankings are calculated from people's average score.
This is the number of points they have got per day they
have been on the site.
The
system won't take my picture! How do I get it to work?
First, make sure that your picture is under 200k. If
you are submitting an URL, make sure it does not end
in ".htm" or ".html". If your submission
ends in one of those two, you are submitting the URL
of the webpage that contains the picture, which is different
than the URL of the picture itself. The URL of the picture
must end in 'gif' or 'jpg'!
Can
I get contact info for someone I saw on the site? Can
you help me in any way to get in touch with someone?
No, under no circumstances will we ever give out somebody's
email address. For most of our users, we don't even
have it.
You
should add more stats etc.
There's loads of stuff we want to do, but it takes time
to add functionality to the site.
